Glytone Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

For over 20 years, Glytone has created every product with unmatched care and passion. Should you choose to return a product in unopened and sellable condition, we will happily refund the original credit card if returned to Customer Service within 30 days. Returns received after 30 days, and up to 60 days after purchase, will be granted an online store credit or an exchange will be issued.

Only applicable for purchases made directly on All returns and exchanges must include original receipt. Exchanges are not eligible for promotions. There are no cash refunds. All sale items are final sale – no exchanges or refunds.

Damaged Items

If your product(s) received were damaged or incorrect, please contact our friendly customer service team by clicking here or calling 855-459-8663 (855-GLYTONE) between 9 am and 5 pm ET Monday through Friday. They’ll be more than happy to assist you with your return. Please include the lower portion of the packing slip in your return package and mail it to:

Will I need to Pay Return Shipping?

If the item(s) were received damaged or incorrect from your original order, we will provide a prepaid label for returns. For all other situations, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How Soon Will My Credit Card be Credited for the Return?

We process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
